“So my wife and I attended Gary’s Genius Investing Design class back in June and we loved it! We learned a ton from Gary. He taught us the basics on foundations types, floor and wall framing, roof types, roof framing as well as engineering for loadbearing walls. We also learned about HVAC, plumbing and basic electrical wiring concepts and construction sequencing (i.e., the order of work). We also did hands on training using one of the top architectural drawing software tools. This was invaluable, allowing us to visualize how we could add value to a home by knocking down walls, adding bedrooms/bathrooms, etc. Going into this class, we didn’t know much about rehabbing a home but Gary have us the foundation needed to be successful in this business. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone that has never been through a rehab project from start to finish. We are looking forward to our next class (project management) with Gary.”
